Im trying to bulk, statiscly im not eating what I should in terms of how many carbs, protein etc. But I do eat like im bulking if you know what i mean.

I have always wondered later on when i get bigger, will it affect my face ? I want to keep a toned face, I could probaly lose a few % of BF.

What would happen if I ate and worked out like I was bulking but a few days a week I did cardio ? I want to gain pure muscle but dont want to gain fat.

I would love to have body like Will Smith, Bradd Pitt. How is this done? Bulking then Cutting ?

Also another unrelevant question, my 2 bottom ribs stick out at side, is this a posture thing ? Here is pic:

weight gain (whether fat or muscle) tends to affect the face. (it does mine anyway)

cardio and gaining muscle is perfectly compatible. cardio won't stop you gaining, your diet will. if you eat clean and do cardio the fat will drop, concentrate on getting stronger in the gym and you'll get where you want to be.

you can achieve the Brad Pitt look in 6 months from your current stage. just eat and lift but do cardio 5-6 times a week too. you have to eat a very clean diet (the egg whites and brown rice diet virtually) - I don't expect you to gain a lot of muscle like this but then again Brad hasn't got much muscle. his lower bf makes him look good so your emphasis should be on clean eating and cardio and getting stronger.

2g protein per lb is a must for this sort of diet.

no need to do a dirty culker. ;)

(actually you'd do well to forget you know the words bulking and cutting..)

I cut way back on my cardio when I started heavy into weights. I didn't cut it out completely, but I found myself losing what muscle mass I had when doing straight cardio. I don't worry too much about supplementing just yet since you gain quite a bit mass in 6 months of training anyways. I focus more on eating clean. Not saying I'm really correct on what I'm doing, but it's working so far.

Brad Pitt weighed in at 155lbs for Fight Club. Pretty damn skinny, emaciated if you ask me.
