Ok, I am a little confused on this part of cardio. I have already gained around 15-20 lbs., which is great, but have also put on a little bit of fat. I started doing cardio today, which actually made me feel awesome. My question is do I eat at all before cardio? Also after the cardio, is it ok to eat like a half hour later? Should I also eat the same volume as I was before doing cardio? This morning I did not eat anything and jogged on the treadmill for 30 min. I plan on doing this 3 times a week, and weight lighting like I was normally before. Does that sound ok? My main goal is to lose as much fat as possible without losing too much muscle.
