Running will only get EASIER and EASIER!! TRUST ME!! At first it is fukcing hard, but as you loose weight, you will be lighter on your feet, and it will become MUCH MUCH easier. Your legs will strenthen, and your lungs will cope easier with the runs.
Cut down on the Carbs, eat none after lunch. You can eat a LITTLE chocolate a day, but keep off the junk.
Do this for a few months, that is all it takes, if you dont have motivation, use WILL POWER!!! IT is a VERY powerful source!! Once you do this, you will be happier than ever before. U will totally transform if you loose enough weight to get you down to "normal". Good luck, stick with it, and watch your life change. Dont be lazy just because you cant control yourself, your mind is your most powerful weapon!
