Any excerises that is easy on your knee ? Swimming isnt easy for me, closest pool is in a town 10 miles from me and I dont drive ( im 17 )

Cycling will be fine. It does not put pressure on your legs because you are not bearing your own weight on your legs. It is often recommened to people with knee injuries.

Once i crashed and bruised my ankle so badly that i could not walk for 3 days, but i still manged to get back on my bike with in 5 minutes and cycle 70km.

Swimming and rowing will be awesome since you don't need to bend your knees too much and the pressure will be off ur legs. Swimming is the best cardio u can do since you use ur WHOLE body so you lose fat all over. When I did swimming my body fat went down to 10%. Highly recommend it.

Go to sauna?? Or try pullups, pushups, or being a goley? Well somethinglike that, or swimming

You lose fat regardless of what type of cardio you perform. So if you go on a bike, you'll only lose fat from your legs? Stop talking sh1t, go jack off to Peter North you fag.

First of all SWIMMING is by far the best cardio that's out there, don't tell me what's true or not I did it for my whole life and it keeps me in shape. Secondly, I don't understand why your such a b*tch. Is it your time of the month or something? maybe you need to go get laid buddy but releasing your anger toward others on this kind of forum is pathetic and disrespectable. Your posts only brings negativity and next time I suggest that you read the THREAD so that you have something to say that CONTRIBUTE instead of wasting everyone's F*CKING time you C*NT. What kind of dumbsh*t would think that you can't lose fat doing any kind of cardio? I was saying that SWIMMING WAS THE BEST CARDIO if he has a injured knee, I ain't talking sh*t and don't sterotype that I jack off 24/7 just because of my name. Lastly go F*CK urself your just JEALOUS and dream of cumming like me, o wait what's the point if you EVEN CAN'T GET IT UP. :kick:

You don't spot reduce fat like you build muscle. Fat is lost where genetics dictate.

Swimming has its pitfalls. For instance, you can't swim at home unless you have a big pool.

Rowing is generally considered to be the top cardio exercise. A 190lb person will burn ~1000kcal/hr from vigorous rowing, versus ~875kcal/hr for vigorous freestyle swimming.

Even a stationary bike can get a 190lb person to the 1000kcal/hr mark.

In contrast with swimming, you can have a stationary bike or a rowing machine in your own home and put in a good workout without ever leaving the house.
