I have worked very hard to get my diet in check over the past few months. I have read in the cutting thread not to eat carbs after 6 P.M. I have found that it is hard to eat big without eating carbs. I was just wondering if this also goes for bulking diets?

If the rules still apply, what are some good carb free meals? Right now I eat eggs, sliced cheese or salad.

Thanks

It depends on when you go to bed. I would recommend not eating too many carbs about 2-3 hours prior to bed. Sure a little bit here or there isn't going to kill you, but large amounts of carbs will end up just sitting there, because you aren't active and can't use them as fuel. They will end up as body fat down the road if that is a regular occurance.

Eating carbs at night when you are sedentry, over a prolonged period of time will cause you to gain fat. Some carb free meals: Cottage cheese + Flaxseed Oil, Tuna + Olives. You need to complete a meal with either carbs or fats, carbs if you are going to be active, fats if you are going to remain sedentry.
