I can't stop losing weight after going from 220lbs to now 190lbs. I want to be around 195lbs and lean. Currently, I have lost a lot of weight while retaining and keeping on lean muscle. While I am by no means huge I am decently defined. I would like to be more defined though.

I exercise 3 times a week. Here is my workout schedule:

-Warm-up and stretching 15-20 mins.
-Weight-lifting 60 mins. (I dedicate one workout to each of upper-body, core and lower-body during the 3 times a week I workout.)
-Cardio - recumbent bicycle 35 mins.

I can post my weight lifting routines if it will help.

My guess is that I am not taking in enough calories to keep up with the amount I am burning, which has resulted in my weight continuing to drop.

I eat quite healthy but probably not enough. My schedule has been thrown off the last couple months making it harder to come up with a diet routine.

Remove red meat from your diet ditch those fast food junks and consume sea food, fish and chicken dishes instead. I think lots of people struggle to lose weight. Indeed it can be quite hard to do it. On one hand you are constantly under pressure from your body to cheat on your diet.
