I've been on the 5x5 program for awhile now and I think I hit a plateau.
I have to squat 330lbs for 5x5 but when I get to the last set last rep my legs and body give out on me.

I train Monday, Wednesday, Fridays

I failed Monday had 2 more reps to go.
Failed Wednesday, had one more rep to go.

My boy considered I do a deload. What do you guys reccomened I do. And how should I go about deloading?

Quality form/depth is key in my opinion.

I wouldn't concern myself over failing to lift a certain amount of weight and reps. If you're sweating and winded and feeling like you've pushed your body to the max after a squat set then consider that an accomplishment.

The gym features very few squatters, and in my experience most of those who do squat aren't coming close to doing them the right way (i.e. depth).

If you're squatting knees to parallel and cannot get 5 GOOD reps then rest-pause or simply reduce the weight and do the 5th rep with minimal rest/pause.
I actually have a video of me squatting.

I didn't take it nor did I tell the person too but I got the video. If you want I can some how send it.
I'm famous lol

I mean I just don't happen to have my profile picture up on SS of my body
Sarcasm. Would you consider that exceptionally muscular though?
