I'm almost 22. I am Asian so i do eat rice. For dinner, i usually use the rice bowl to cook the rice and eat chicken with it along with broccoli. Yes that seems boring b/c i eat this at least 3 times a week. The other 4 times I probably eat white noodles with dumplings and peas and broccoli. Some times i just go out and buy a Tuna sandwich from subway.
During the day if i am home, this is pretty much what i eat. Defnitely boring but the only reason i did this is b/c i had moderate acne when i was 17 all the way to 20 years old. I then started to eat healthy and now my skin has gotten a lot better. I use to eat fried food every day such as McDonalds, Pizza, Soda and you know all the rest. I promised myself i wouldnt touch any junk food for over a year and i did it... maybe i drank soda like once or twice during the year.
I am very conscious of my skin b/c whenever i eat fried foods, i always got pimples. This doesnt happen much now as much b/c I'm almost 22. But the thing is I really dont have anything to eat that I can enjoy myself. I do drink a lot of water which is good for the skin.
I don't think i ate steak in like 1 year already or lobster. But i know those things are essential. Can someone give me some advice on what i should eat everyday for morning, lunch and dinner that is healthy? I'm pretty skinny about 145lbs or so and 5'8 tall.
