I'm trying to get some more muscle mass, I'm pretty skinny but have a little muscle now. I used to have 6 pack abs and little pecks but always pretty small arms.
I'm like 5'11 and 150 pounds, and I'm 23 y/o. Currently have a little flab on my lower stomach. The foundation for my abs again and decent pecks. But still, little arms.
My goal is to lose the stomach fat, while getting my abs back and gaining more chest, shoulder, arm and leg muscle.
Now here's the tricky part. I want to do this so I can always manage and maintain my gains easily. So I just want to do this by changing my diet (which I've started) I started eating a lot more protein and cutting back on my fatty foods.
Right now just doing it with wide/close grip push ups, sit ups, the thing where I lay on my back and do leg lifts (for lower abs?), and standing alf raises for my calf muscles (work REALLY good). And I do disc golf almost every day for my cardio. Started using some dumbells for my for arms too but it's a little too heavy so I can't do as many reps as I'd like so I'll get lighter ones.
Pretty much I just want to avoid a gym and supplements, I just want something I can easily maintain and won't get all fat if I stop working out.
