Update for you guys. Been cutting down on my simple carbs and it helps a lot.

I also bought a Sonic Bomb Alarm Clock. Using it in tandem with Alarmy.

Also. Now that I am gainfully employed as an engineer and not just a broke ass musician, it's wayyyy easier to get out of bed. I guess I'm just more motivated now :lol:
