Now your breaking it down to being WILLING to meet her again, you will TRY to call her, cheap fluff talk over SMS with no action.

I'm sorry, but you broke your own rules... you did NOT field test this... there are many points that are clearly KBJ because I KNOW they are wrong via experience... I don't break down other peoples game threads, and I'm NOT going to do the same for you...

So please Shezzler, you are stupendous at this game, but please don't become a hypocrtical person who gives advice from a what if point of view, and than demands ultimatums from others.

Boiiiing... Anways the texting thing.... Never. I refuse to use it I tell chicks not to text me cause that ****e costs money. I think texting the next day is really sketchy... I takes more time to punch in the damn letters than to just leave a message. Only use if you cant talk. Its like high school antics nowdays chicks type important crap in text in class cause there bored with it and want to waste time.

I'm actually not sure you have the same situation in regard to telecommunications, but nevertheless:

When I call a mobile, I spend money - small, but noticable ammount for the standards of my country. AND often it's pointless, since both me and the girl are busy and we can't match schedules. And the girl starts explaining me how important is something she has to do at the time I'm proposing, how sorry she is, how she wants to meet with me, but at some later time, when she is not so busy, ect., ect. At first I was really annoyed that she is wasting my time with such explanations, but then I got it - the girls NEED to make such long explanations to JUSTIFY refusing, flaking, whatever, without being rude. So I quit calling.

Now I just send short text messages "Let's meet at <time> at <place>. Clip me for yes". ("clipping" means ringing and immediately closing the line)

They have four choices:
1. Not respond - rude, from their point of view
2. Refuse with a text message - still rude
3. Call me to refuse politely
4. Clip me and accept

1 and 2 mean that she is either really busy, or not really into me. No success, but no big deal either.
3 means that she is WAY into me - girls don't call guys for no reason
They usually chose 4 (much more often than when I call), which means I have a date

By the way, the really good part is that HBs here don't want to take the cost of the call, so they use clipping to suggest/allow/force the guy to call. My message takes that option away from them.

And I send it from the Internet sites of the mobile operators, where it's free. (don't ask me if you have this option in other countries - I don't know) And I don't have to type all the damn letters on the phone. I'm a really cheap and lazy guy, you know.

By the way, I do all this assuming she remembers who I am and has found at least one thing about me that differentiates me from "the next guy". If you think that you're "the next guy" for her, then this definitely doesn't make any sence and it shouldn't.

I refer to text as 'wussing out' sometimes, and sometimes its 'functional'

Actually, in my past experiences, text has been used in early early stages of relationships with girls before you are 'comfortable' speaking to them regularly on the telephone. Sending little meaningless notes back and forth, similar to im.

I use text with girls that I have a strong relationship with right now for only one reason... Because I'm not allowed to talk on the cell phone at work, and just sending them a quick two sentance note makes them think that I am thinking about them.

Its very useful for setting up dates. "Come for dinner tonight? I'll call you tonight at 530"

I'm sort of blabbing on, but this is an important thing to do. Include a time when you will call them, and be prompt with following up with a voice phone conversation.

I'm still a bit of a wuss when it comes to calling girls and asking for dates, so this really helps me get it done, for now until I break down all my social barriers.

So call or sms? Both would be the correct answer, just make sure you get the 500 text plan or unlimited text on your phone, because nobody wants to pay a dime a piece.

Good Tip

I like this idea. The text keeps you fresh in her mind, and also gives her your number for when you call later. That way, she'll be more likely to pick up.

I wouldn't mention the day2 in the text though. I find that it is better to mention the day2 after you rebuild attraction and rapport with 30-25 minutes of phone game, unless the set was exceptionally solid on the initial sarge.

A good open-loop text message which Woodhaven taught me is

"I think I like you too much because"

She'll inevitably text you back "because why?" This is good for two reasons. First, she's putting work into the interaction by texting you back. Second, the fact that she's asking you why presupposes that she wants you to like her.

Text her back "haha, you dork, you're so nosy " for girls who you didn't establish a good connection with yet, or "haha, you're so cute, I can't tell you all my secrets yet " for girls who you had good rapport with before and had solid attraction.

Keep in mind though, that all this just makes it more likely for her to pick up the phone. Once you get her on the phone, it's all on you to build a fun conversation, re-qualify her and get the day2.

Finally, a fresh and original idea for reducing flakiness in girls that not only had I not thought of, but essentially breaks one of the rules of this website - which means it must be good. You never win by being afraid to try something forbidden.

Keeping yourself fresh in her mind and raising her interest is an excellent way to keep the comfort and ensure that she will be eagerly waiting to talk to you, and solves the problem that girls will go cold if you wait to long to call them, yet mark you as desperate if you don't wait long enough.

Just because someone is a fun/extroverted guy doesn't mean he is a great gun - most high school/immature girls go for those types - the more mature ones avoid them like the plague because of past experiences
