My buddy called me up and reccomended C4 Creatine to me. I have had some luck with Creatine Monohydrate, but C4 is a Creatine Ethyl Ester in a pill form. It's reasonably priced, and was wondering if you guys have any info or opinions on it.

CEE seems to be the new thing right now. It's actually built to work best for the monohydrate nonresponders, but it works fine for plenty of mono responders as well. Actually since it's new if you compare pill form CEE dose for dose against Mono, the price comparison is not even close. Mono is much cheaper, mainly because CEE is fairly new. I've tried Omega Sports CEE Thunder and have had nice results with it. Most people prefer Omega's Thunder over the other brands, but it probably just comes down to popularity. Do some searching at the bodybuilding forums on Thunder, you'll see plenty of rave reviews about it. I've found it keeps me slightly leaner than Mono does with just as good of strength increase results, so I prefer it. I just wish the price would shoot down a bit. Good luck.

If you buy cee then buy it in bulk powder if you can handle the taste, if the taste is that big of a deal for you then get the pills, they'll run you a lot more though.

Or if mono worked good for you just stay with that, also try some taurine thats good too.

Like the above post says, I've heard tons of people complain about the taste of CEE in powder form, but you could try it and see how it goes.

My CEE pill form review:
Pros:
- nice strength gains(equal to mono, maybe slightly better for me)
- keeps me slightly leaner than mono

Cons:
- pricey
- Omega calls for 8 pills per dose, some people aren't pill people
