Hey, I just made a pretty long post in the Discussion portion about relationships.

But I want to talk about Business. Hey, I want to kick this off with first hearing from you guys.

What are some of you guys doing in business? Any of you business owners?

I know alot about business, from acquiring cash, to damn near eliminating paying taxes all together! Yes, I said damn near eliminating taxes legally.

But hey, what do some of you guys got going on......

Well, I'm planning on getting into real estate after the market cools off. (maybe out of state, since everything in Cali is a rip-off.)

Hey Page, if you want to do Real Estate, understand something.

While a "lot" of people are in REI, that doesn't mean that everybody knows what they are doing.

I have a excellent training for you, for free, to learn how to get this done. There's a ton of different niches. What I do though, is I get properties for pennies on the dollar, put them back on the market, and cash out. It usually takes around a year or 6 months to cash out. It's not rocket science, but it's what I call, PRE-PLANNING, that gets you majority of the success in REI.

Plus Page, please.....incorporate yourself. Do not buy a property in your own name, buy all your properties and put them into an LLC coupled with a land trust. I'll have to teach you more about it.

Plus Page I give investors capital to invest in REI. I have my own private investment group, that has a pool of individual investors who put their money into REI projects. I put my money in as well, and it's an excellent way to make cash.

So Page, with REI you got a lot of cash vehicles! You can invest in the properties and cash out to make dough, or you can lend the money and when it sales make dough.

This is just ONE of the business ventures that I do.

America is the BEST PLACE to gain financial freedom. All the idiots running their mouth about how "hard" it is, are the people that are just misinformed.

Just as I preach that fvcking quality beautiful women is easy, gaining financial freedom is just as easier.

So what other business ventures do you have? And I don't have enough knowledge about RE but from what I see around where I live I wouldn't touch it right now with a 10 foot pole
