Hey guys, I was wonder how I could burn fat in the lower stomach. I've tried a lot of workouts and I guess it doesn't help that I love bread. Any workouts I can do to burn the fat in my lower stomach (below my belly button). And any ingredients in foods I should not eat?

Try eating either whole grain or glutin-free bread but also look into the possibility that it's not fat.

There's no such thing as spot reduction. You can't lose fat in one place of your body. When you burn fat, you burn fat almost equally from all the fat sources in your body. Crunches won't do anything unless you've dropped the fat.

The only way to get nice abs is to lose fat. Once your bodyfat is down (below 10 - 12%), then you can worry about working your abdomen.
