I am trying to put on some weight fast and am lifting maximal poundages for me at the moment and training very hard, but struggling on the diet. I cannot have milk as it aggravates my acne which is irritating so need a good source of calories at maximum convenience.
At the moment my diet is something like this:
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 slices of toast, pint of orange juice
Midmorning: Roast beef sandwich
Lunch: 2 tuna sandwiches, salad with olive oil, fruit
Afternoon: peanut butter sandwich and a banana
Dinner: 1/2 lb meat, large serving rice, vegetables and olive oil
Before bed: Cottage cheese
Ideally would like to bump the calories up around 500-1000 calories as I am barely maintaining weight on this calorie intake. Any good and quick ideas>?
