Bulking w/out weights

I am 5'4'' and 110 lbs and need to bulk up. I dont have weights at home, and cannot go to the gym unless its a weekend Can I gain weight without using the gym or weights? How?:confused:

by eating

go tot he gym both saturday and sunday if possible and lift heavily (deadlifts, squats, bench press).

the gym is not the important bit though; it's about eating

Its 50% of the game if you want that weight to come from muscle. If you just want to gain weight (fat) then eat everything in sight. Stupid approach but... whatever.

How about just buying some dumbells for your home? They're not very expensive.

My workout schedule sees me doing free weights, crunches and such exercises at home, then reserving the bench stuff for one day at the gym.

Get a flat bench, a set of dumbells, and a place to do pullups.

When you pick your routine put your upperbody workouts any time thats convenient and put your leg workout when you can go to the gym on the weekend.

How old are you?

I do pull ups on the door frame. Great for building lats and triceps. When it gets easy, add some more weight to yourself.

Go ghetto and look into strong-man style lifting. Get a pair of heavy dumbells and some additional weights. That way you can train your triceps, chest, traps [to an extent] and legs.

Read up on bboy-ing and gymnastics stuff. I saw a gymnast [male] benching 400lbs the other day. Hes 5'6 and 150lbs. Phenomonal ****. You wont get big, but you'll have one of those poster-boy bodies and a tonne of strength.

Thanks for all the advice. Im 15. I tried the door frame thing and it broke! my mom got mad.

Yeah gymnists are a total mystery, how the hell do you squeze all that strength into a small frame. I mean they're cut, but size wise they're pretty small.

i dont know why cats keep saying by eating, my cousin is bulked up i mean some like 50 cent type of body and he aint never been in no diet and eats whatever and everything.... so i am right now and im seeing results

Bulking without weights, it's called being a fat, lazy bazstard:D

Where there's a will there's a way. Eating is very important, but you need to put your mind to some form of resistance training.

I think someone has mensioned a dumbell set? This is a good move initially, get them 2nd hand, there's a lot about. Chin up bar for a doorway also.
