I do pull ups on the door frame. Great for building lats and triceps. When it gets easy, add some more weight to yourself.
Go ghetto and look into strong-man style lifting. Get a pair of heavy dumbells and some additional weights. That way you can train your triceps, chest, traps [to an extent] and legs.
Read up on bboy-ing and gymnastics stuff. I saw a gymnast [male] benching 400lbs the other day. Hes 5'6 and 150lbs. Phenomonal ****. You wont get big, but you'll have one of those poster-boy bodies and a tonne of strength.
