bulking up

I'm about 5'5. I weigh about 125-130 pounds. When I exercise alot my weight is around 117 pounds. My goal is to bulk up, increase chest, waist, calf, etc size. I want to gain raw muscle and keep the body fat percentage low. What is yall's advice on bulking up, specific to my wieght and height? What should be my target weight, meaning how many pounds of muscle could I put on until i'm considered hardcore muscle?

best advice would be to join a gym and do an induction course where they will teach you how to use the equipment and advise you on what to do.

read everything and anything you can about exercise AND nutrition. i recommend www.abcbodybuilding.com for that.

but the important thing to remember is that results do not come overnight you need to stick with it and stay motivated!

Eat like it's your last meal
Lift while you think of the guy that robbed your mother
Sleep like it's the last time you are gonna be allowed to sleep

When you lift, try to keep it the workout under 20 worksets, and start by working each bodypart once a week. Three times a week is fine to start. Take the worksets to failure also.
