I'm about 5'5. I weigh about 125-130 pounds. When I exercise alot my weight is around 117 pounds. My goal is to bulk up, increase chest, waist, calf, etc size. I want to gain raw muscle and keep the body fat percentage low. What is yall's advice on bulking up, specific to my wieght and height? What should be my target weight, meaning how many pounds of muscle could I put on until i'm considered hardcore muscle?
