You can build mass in some areas with bodyweight exercises, such as pull-ups or handstand push-ups, but ideally you're gonna want a really good dumbell set, that has enough weight to challenge you as you improve. For legs use the heaviest dumbells you can and do lunges and deadlifts to failure.

Are people not reading posts on exactly the same subject like only 3-4 days ago, or is it people keep on asking the same question until somebody says yes.

Strength gain = size gain, if you're eating properly. When your strength gains stop your size gains will stop - therefore you'd gain some size with your dumbbells and bodyweight exercises but only up to a point.

The short answer is yes, you can put on some mass, but once you've conquered your heaviest available weights don't expect any more gains!
