Bulking Routine

What do you guys think about having a 3 day routine where you concentrate on like chest/tris monday legs wensday and back/bi's friday vs a routine where you lift 2 days aweek with this routine.

Day 1

Squat
Leg Curl
Calf Raise
Incline Press
Pullups
Military Press
Skull Crushers
Curling Movement
Abs

Day 2

Deadlift
Leg Curl
Calf Raise
Dips
BB Rows
Military Press
Pressdowns
Curling Movement
Abs

Thats a lot of stuff and we don't know how many reps and sets your doing of each.

I'd look at the post alex made about making a routine if i was you.

ive done the 3 day routine, and personally it had many limitations on secondary muscles and isolation movements.
i cant imagine doing a 2 day routine unless you are strictly for compound movements, or 1 is heavy and 1 is light and it doesnt revolve around the week.

As you can see many of those exercises are compound ones. I was thinking something like monday and thursday with 2 sets of each. First set try and get in 6-8 rep range then second set go till failure. What do you think?

if you can handle that looks good, keep the form there and put leg curls and stuff further to the end of your workout and push up pullups to 2nd and militairy press to third, you wanna do something like
w/o 1 rest rest w/o 2 rest rest w/o 1 ... etc
 

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

Some people do
w/o1 rest w/o2 rest rest w/o1 ...
with day splits but thats gotta be worked up to and you gotta have everything down to a T
