in diesel's post that talks about the protein, carbs and fat to body ratio, how am i suppose to know how many grams of protein and carbs are in my food? some food there is no way of finding out, so right now i just eat as much meat and eggs as possible, but i still dont have a organized way to measure what i eat.

also does boiling an egg destroy the nutrients?

lastly i am about 5'8, and weights 125 pounds...what is a generally aceptable weight ?

much appreciated

dude, i'm 5'9 and i'm trying to get to 165lbs....i couldn't imagine what i would look like at 125lbs. BUT, if you're comfortable in your own skin, keep it.

what foods do you think there is no way of finding out the protein/carb/fat on? we may be able to help.

If you live in the US, law requires food to list nutritional facts on the package. These list fat, carbs, and protein in grams. If you're refering to restaurant food, or your mom's cooking or something similar, you just have to eyeball it.

i have extremely small bones, 28" waist, 34" chest, my wrists are only about 6" in circumference.

im not weak though, i can do about 50 push ups and 25 chin ups.
but i think my small frame is hindering muscule growth, right?

regarding food i am talking about restaurant food and home cooking, yah.

thanks a bunch.
