Hi, iam new here so i just have a couple of questions.
1. I have read that you have to eat 6-7 meals a day to get big, but is that 6 full on meals?. Like with carbs, fats?. An example would be every meal having a cup of cooked rice or pasta.
2.Why do you have to eat clean (healthy) foods when your bulking if you still have to cut at the end?
