is there a way to bulk and cut at the same time? How would it be done?

Conflicting goals really. If you wish to maximise bulking then no, it would be almost impossible to remain lean. But there are variables to consider, not least the metabolism of the individual and how clean you eat. If you are naturally lean you are unlikely to put on too much bodyfat as you bulk but at the same time you will find it harder to gain the size you desire. If you are relatively untrained and have minimal muscle mass then as you bulk you may appear leaner too due to a change in body composition but this will only extend so far. Bulk also implies putting on a lot of weight quickly which is not as easy as it sounds for some people. If you think you need more size I would use the bulking kind of approach for now and see how your body reacts, how quickly you put muscle size on, how much fat you hold, etc. Would not be too concerned with cutting up for now.

YES! It is possible and can be done but it's a lot of trouble and it doesn't happen "overnight". I personally bulked last year to about 195 and through a proper diet and workout program I was able to lose about 20 pounds of weight, add muscle and end up stronger than I was 20 pounds heavier.

My advice is to bulk but cleanly and slowly. VERY SLOWLY. I'm on a diet to gain about 5-8 pounds a YEAR for the next 3 years and ultimately be a ripped 200 pounds. The catch is I have to stay cut and pack on only muscle. I know I can do it but it takes patience and determination.

If your looking for a fast thing aim to BULK and then CUT it up when you get done.

Peace

What the hell? What's the point of THAT? You can gain what you want to gain in your 3 year time span in like a month, then cut off the excess fat in another month. Why waste 3 years?

I bulked before and it worked but I put on so much fat with it and I worked real hard to take it off. I'm just going off my body and how I know it works

That's a fair and realistic approach Army of One. I wouldn't consider that a waste of time at all. After three years that would be a gain of 15-24lbs of lean muscle tissue, a very respectable amount (there is no way anyone could gain that in a month even if juicing - LBM remember), plus you would stay in good condition thoughout.
