I do. Not for bulking, but I had a picture taken last april (before exercising), then again in september (after biking about three times a week and pushups/pullups). So that's about what . . . 6 months maybe? It wasn't a HUGE change since I didn't diet correctly nor did I use weights, solely calisthenics and cardio, but you can definitely tell that it made a difference.

Tell me how to put them up here and I will.

Try not to rely on shakes too much though.

Tuna, salmon, steak, chicken, turkey, pasta, eggs, milk etc are all good sources of protein.

after about 2 weeks youll be used to eating 6 meals a day. trust me.

Im changing my routine tomorrow as ive been on the same one for 6 months, thats why i stopped growing after 3 months. dont make that mistake.

Why are you changing? Does your body adapt to the old routine and stop growing?

I start up again tommorrow .... will buy myself a new track suit as the old one is nackered and start with a 15 minute runn, then do weights ... luckerly I have have a bench. Use it last year but was doing way too much aerobic exerise. This year I will cutt for about a month (15 min run, weights, low fat foods) just to loose the little tyre and then start bulking (no run, weights, high protien foods) :)

Here we go.

22 April 2004 (before working out)

16 September 2004 (5 months later, after pushups/pullups three days a week for 20 minutes and a lot of riding a bike instead of driving to get places)

And lastly, me about three weeks ago (which will be the bext "before" picture as I get back into working out for THIS summer)

Yeah it does, think you're meant to change your routine every 12 weeks or something, ive changed from today.

OK I am no where near your first pic :) lol

Last summer I lost 2 stone and was a skinny little f**ker ... over winter and christmas I have put a bit of podge on :(

http://us.share.geocities.com/octane_orphan/P3140005.JPG

Do I diet and lose the little podge? ... plan is to start running and do weights and eat low cal foods for about 2 months .... that should do it ... then start bulking eating high protien foods to gain muscle mass ....

or do I just start bulking now?

Any advice greatfully recieved!!!

your body never stops growing when you're doing heavy compound exercises with increasing weight. the only thing is that your progress will be slower with time and finally you will reach your natural limit. but if your work out routine isn't the best then feel free to change =]

sfalexi: looking good, how is your diet like?? man in such short time such a body, makes me jealous. only thing that seems to lack is your back. good luck on the lifting for summertime
