Is it possible for me to wear a back pack full of weights and then hold a fairly light dumbbell and do the squats?
I've been doing them with a barbell and my balance sometimes messes up, i don't want to be in a position where im trying to behind the neck press 45kg+ (which i've had to do with 35).
Also, now that i'm on 40kg i need to put like 30kg on 1 dumbbell and 10 on the other, because i only have one good reebok dumbbell one and a crap york one where the plates easily slide off. So putting the weights in the backpack will make it easier to yield the dumbbells about, and also easier on the forearms.
