I want to get a massive torso, like Kanye wests physique. what exercises to do? thanks
Torso as in upper body? Deadlifts, Squats, Bench Press, Military Press, Bent Over Rows (either barbell or dumbell), Chest Dips, Wide Grip Chin Ups. Stick to the basics.
