About a week ago I was being stupid when I was drunk and hopped a fence right onto a patch of ice, which led to me bruising my tailbone. It seemed like it healed alright and would only hurt when I did squats. So all last week MWF I did squats and it only hurt when I was doing them.

However, today when squatting it got really bad and the pain has persisted throughout the day to the point where I'm looking like an idiot when walking and have to sit on one side of my ass. Yeah, it sucks.

So I can't squat, deadlift or power clean for at least a week. What can I do in place of these that doesn't involve me squatting down so low so I can keep working out while this heals?

See my thread for my program if you want, but it's the Starting Strength program. I don't want to go to the gym just to bench and press, so what can I replace these with for the time being?

Don't squat/dead/clean/anything that makes it hurt until its better

Find a machine that doesn't cause it pain, even leg extensions for the mean while.

Replace your squat deads with 3x25 light leg extensions (assuming no pain)
followed by 3x15 light pull throughs (assuming no pain)

dude, you've injured your self.

Take the week off, yeah it sucks but you need to take breaks occasionally from any program and this seems like a good time to do it.

You have YEARS of weight lifting ahead of you, why risk aggrevating an injury, the extent of which you dont really know, for the sake of three workouts?

Cure.
