That's not what he's talking about. He just wasn't clear on what he meant. He means that if a girl has for example, an abusive father, they're more likely to get involved with abusive guys.

I've heard Dr. Drew talk about it too. I haven't heard anyone else say anything about it, but I haven't heard anyone say it wasn't true, and I trust his statements as well, so as far as I know, it is true.

My parents were divorced and I left my mom's house for good over a year ago- I have nothing but contempt for her.

A dead beat moved in, and she refused to make him leave, so I took matters into my own hands and removed myself. If I ever end up with a woman like that, I'll kill myself. Or her. Whichever seems easier.
