Broke Up With My LTR on my Birthday at 38. Is anyone my age still gaming?

So turning 38 today, ending things after 2 years with my 25 year old gf. Literally headed to the leasing office to get her taken off the lease today.

Pros:
I look younger could pass for 31-35.
I am in excellent shape, 10% bf similar build to Ronaldo.
I live downtown in Austin, TX
Full head of hair, stylish cut.
Style on point.
6'1 with lift kids.
My apartment is sick a.f.
Got a strong social group/wing men
Money okay with about 1,700 disposable income.
No kids or debt, never married

Cons
Haven't games in over 2 years.
AA gets me but with a slightly buzz I am a approach machine.

Any advice from older guys 35-45 on gaming. Have you been successful especially in 25-29 age range?
Any adjustments?

Nice Humblebrag. You are in a situation where if you interact with single women they will be approaching you if you don't act like a gamey chode. You never mentioned your hobbies or passions. I'd recommend pouring some energy in those and not actively pursuing women for a month or so. Get your priorities straight, and when you do choose a woman for a relationship be sure she enhances what you want to do in life.

You should be able to find some ONS material in the bars pretty easily.

Appreciate that and yeah I kinda want to hit the ground running, but I agree I need to focus on my passions soccer, travel, water sports, lifting, and basically walking. Plan to expand my skills language wise and dance skills especially salsa.

Also I am a specialist at a school so I have 2 months of free time while getting paid.

What is a lift kid?

6'1" and a full head of hair are big pros, especially the 6'1" thing. Looking younger is good.

Austin, TX is a tough market for romance. The SJW/feminist/careerist thing is huge. It's not a coincidence that Bumble chose Austin as its HQ, as the Austin populace represents the values of Bumble.

No kids, no debt, and never married makes for limited baggage, which will help.

At 38, you're just coming off a 2 year relationship. From ages 36-38, you were with a woman 23-25. You could be teaching many men some things.

Approach anxiety is difficult. You could do swipe apps with your height and fitness level. You're likely best suited for bar approaching and swipe apps. I'd focus on bars if you can be an approach machine with 1-2 drinks.

At 35-45, finding younger women 25-29 is better at bars than on swipe apps.

You might need to dial up your money aspects (good job, no debt) a little more in seduction of 25-29 year olds. You've got the tall and fit thing going. 25-29 year old women are being pursued by 6'0"+, fit 25-29 year old men all the time, so you having more money than most 25-29 year old men can help you attract that age range.

I'd check out the Lake Travis/Lake Austin paddleboarding scene, or boating and Waterskiing/wakeboarding if that is your thing.... Meet women who are in town on vacation. As for travel , Southwest Airlines has Nonstop flights to a lot of places worth going. Head to Denver and go check out the Rockies. Caution Rental Cars could be tough to get...Or San Diego to hit the beach . It would probably be cooler there than Austin....And there is always Mexico.

Yeah man. Just Hitt on girls everyday. Take 20min. Have a flirt with a handful. Most guys are man boobs, low testosterone, red pulled (usually divorced, watch too much YouTube, and no receipts).

I made the move in my late 20s. new buds who got the fire. lack Game but want it. the biggest problem with Gen Z is the lack of approaching and over reliance on OLD. Also many are soft the sec they pull or get a girl. lots of gym cels.

If you have any friends that are single link up. make pals when out. the gym the dojo, when bars or clubs open up, and the list goes on. start with you making the moves. go out. chat up girls on your trip to the grocery store. take your shot. life's to ****ing boring not to try.

I have seen a lot of men in my time that are completely done by 35 both psychologically and physically

Infact i have two old "friends" that turn 30 next month and both are pretty much done they literally do not have the mental capacity to survive and thrive in todays dating landscape

One has been in a flatline relationship for 5 years and has recognised it but he also understands if he leaves her he wouldn't last 5 mins in the wild.

The others been single for a year works 100 hour weeks just so he doesn't have to attempt to socialise , loves pointless OLD interactions and gossiping about other peoples lives on social media

I try to spend as little time with both of them as i can now.

At 38 you should be fine.
I'm mid 50s (though look a fair bit younger) and still do pretty well with mid 30s to mid 40s.

Dating down by 10+ years should be no problem at all - so long as you have your s**t together.
