Well Ive been cutting/ dieting for about month now and I have gotten great results. I havnt been lifting weights, I have been doing body weight stuff mostly. My diet for the past month has basically been:
6 meals a day every 3 hours. Ranging from 250-350 calories.
I stoped eating fast food and crap food in general, lowered my milk intake, drink more water.
So on average I have been eating about 1800-2000 calories daily.
But how good has it really worked you ask? Well I weighed 200 lbs average every morning. Now I am at about 190. I have lost 10 lbs in 1 month.
Is this about how fast you other guys cut? Cause I am planning on weighing 165 before I begin to bulk back up (September?)
