And by curling I'm pretty certain you're talking about bicep curls. Your going to need some dumbbells for that. Either join a gym or make a home gym. I workout at home and I can tell you that all you need to work out your whole body is two dumbbell bars, a good amount of weight plates and a bench. Conversely, you'll get muscle EVERYWHERE with the big lifts, such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. What the hell are you talking about? The guy has a high body fat % (as evident by his post), thus the fat around his chest is causing the breasts to swell. If he runs on a treadmill, eats right, and lifts weights they will decrease.Originally posted by Ken785

If you do bicep curls with some weights you'll definatly see them grow. I used to do no exercises at all, except bicep curls, and I could see them get bigger every 2-3 weeks in the first 2 months. After that it didn't go as fast, but I'm still making gains, even 2 years later.Maybe you just didn't do the curls correctly, because I seriously can't see how this couldn't work for anybody.Originally posted by Warboss Alex
