Sam Spade is right,really large brveasts can be too much of a good thing...Many Girls overdo it with inplants...anything more than a mouthful is a waste LOL...
I had a nice English Bird had huge knockers,had them reduced at the age of sixteen,still big...problem was in the operation they destroyed the nerves that gave sensitivity to her Nvipples...Boobs like that do get in the wayLOL.

I agree... I went out with a girl that had breast reduction and I've gone out with girls that have had breast implants... in both cases sensitivity was decreased for the breast reduction...and her back pain didn't go away so it wasn't really any help... and the other breast implants made her nipples hard 24/7... so I don't know... it's a self esteem issue... I don't think in either case it helped them become better people...

I'd like to see a little more dedication in the boob department here. Clearly breasts are very important things worthy of some sacrifice.

The back problem is minimal in my opinion. A brace can be worn, obviously they are not being held enough by men leaving the spine to absorb all the strain. I mean think about it, if you have extra boobage enlist some tit aficionados to help you get around. I don't have a problem holding a pretty ladies cans while she shops or maybe showers. Think of them like a seeing eye dog, a type of tit support buddy!

I mean WTF if I have to carry a child around for example, i'm not gonna cut parts of him off just to feel better am I! That's BARBARIC! A breast is a living thing, it shows mood and emotion through the stiffening and relaxation of the nipples. Clearly a sign of intelligent life. They provide food and comfort. I frown upon breast mutilation. They have rights too!

Do I need to create a webpage for the registration and deployment of tit support buddies!

Ya, the operation seems barbaric, but the final results especially for older woman can be relatively spectacular. I have encountered this twice recently in an affluent part of California and doctors here can produce amazing results. Scare lines can be difficult to find. And neither of the two woman even needed bras for support.

Some chicks get back problems if their breasts are too big. If they're so big that a woman wants them reduced, then it's probably more than enough. I mean at a certain point really big breasts just look kind of gross, if they're too big.

I remember having this discussion with a fellow expat. He had a great line:

A big set of t!ts makes virtually any otherwise plain & uninteresting woman instantly become hot.

Unfortunately...off the top of my head, I can name at least 9 women I know who had breast reduction surgery under the impression that it would help their oft-reported "back" problems.

However, after the deed was done, 7 or 8 of them STILL said they experienced "back" problems.

The Hardcore Truth is that most of these women that I speak of seem to have undergone this procedure in a failed attempt to AVOID dealing with their REAL problem:

An overall WEIGHT issue.

From my observations, I can honestly say that most of them them seem to have had self-esteem issues, NEVER seriously exercised, and actually put on MORE weight "after" they went under the knife.

Selfish...I had my fun...the scars bugged me though....something about defacing a work of art.
