Due to the amount of calories and protein that i am consuming daily, i find that if i dont drink enough water, i tend to suffer from a mild form of constipation very fast. Now that my school has started, i'm not able to drink water and go to the toilet as and when i like in fear of missing important stuff that the lecturer is saying.

Is there any way to 'change' my bowel movement? It'll be great if i could always sh*t at night, as compared to the afternoon when i am in class. I say this because during my vacation, i always go to the toilet after breakfast at about 10am; always.

Are there any supplements that can help? I'm thinking of ColonCare (http://www.nextag.com/GNC-Preventive-Nutrition-Colon-57362378/prices-html), i've not taken it before and i dont know how effective it is.

Yeah, you can get them at like gnc, or whole foods probably. If not just order it online!

Increase your intake of fiber. Then carry a water bottle around. Try munching on fiber rich foods. Eat more salad.

Dont go for the pills right off the bat.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Friends my job can be attributed as the culprits which has also inflicted me with the problems related to digestion. My work involves me to travel a lot in the scorching sun and irregular meals have become a routine now. Cant even think of quitting the job owing to the gloom in the employment arena but then digestion problems and constipation are adding severely to my woes. Any suggestions for me.
