Book Recommendation: Reading People

Reading People by Jo-Ellan Dimitrius, Ph.D. and Mark Mazzeralla covers a lot of useful topics such as body language, speech patterns and conversational habits. Some of this stuff will be no-brainer and obvious social dynamics observations but I pretty much guarantee that you will notice something you perhaps hadn't thought of or see in a way you had not before. You may even gain some insight into your own behavior and why you may do certain things and not just things you notice in others.

The writers are courtroom experts who have been invloved in jury selection of many high-profile cases. Check it out.

Thanks.. I'll have to check it out. I just started reading again (for pleasure) and I totally forgot what I had been missing. School drained me with forced readings of crap books but now I read for pleasure and knowledge.. good deal

Hey sexpdx I noticed you seem to be into SS/nlp type of stuff.. have you tried ross jeffries home seduction course? It'd be great to see an honest review of it and not just what the website says (claims) to offer..

I was explaining recently that I am not going to endorse seduction products or encourage people to buy them. This is partly because I believe people should accomplish as much as they can without having to buy anything.

Also since people seem to listen to what I say to an extent on these forums, I would like to have my observations of the use of methods presented in certain products reflect as long term of real world observations as possible. That way I don't commit myself to a particular viewpoint early on by posting a review and have others make their own decisions simply based on my snap judgement of the product or method in question.

Instead of discussing products I would rather discuss methods and so far I think the method of SS is awesome.

The only reason I posted this review of this book is because it is not directly related to seduction and many people on these boards and in the community would have been unlikely to hear about such a book if it were not for someone like me posting about it.
