k, well when i'm like watching a movie with my girlfriend or something like that and i have my arm around her i get a boner ...and its when friends are there and stuff,....and also sometimes when i'm walking with her and holding hands(just happens when i'm wearing shorts for some reason...is there something i can do so the i wont get a boner just like that

Naw man, don't worry about it. Boners are good. If you're in a serious non-boner situation, you might try doing something like saying the alphabet to yourself backwards.
