Hi guys. I'm interested in getting into shape again, but I don't have access to a gym and frankly don't want to go to the trouble.. at this point. I've got a couple of pushup bars and a pullup bar.
Is there an adequate regimen or set of exercises that people have using solely your bodyweight to make you strong? I'd imagine there are a lot of good exercises out there using a pullup bar, or your own weight.
