Hey everybody! I stopped working out seriously 6-7 months ago, due to an accident and other personal issues. I started again 4 days ago and since then I've felt a looooooot hornier than usual. I can't help but masturbate 4-5 times a day everyday. I just can't help it. I won't see my girlfriend for another couple of days, so I'm pretty sure I'll keep like this for almost a whole week and again when I'll get back home after a weekend with her.
What I'd like to know is, is it good for bodybuilding purposes? I mean, if my body realeases (sp!?) such a great dose of testosterone, am I wasting it by jerkin' off so much or is it what my body wants me to do?
