I'm often told by these whiny Asian guys that they can't ever get big, that they just don't 'have the genes' to do it.
BULLSHYT.
Everybody can build AT LEAST an above average body, depending on the genetics. Sure, some won't ever have the muscle structure (perfect 6-pack, awesome symmetry), but you can still add mass and look good overall, with or without your clothes on.
It's even possible to do this without all the chemicals and supplements and crap that is abundant on the U.S. market. Those of us in the USA are truly BLESSED to have such easy access to a phenomenal array of supplements. People in other parts of the world aren't as fortunate, yet they still built fantastic bodies.
Here's an example:

This dude here is Jang Byung Ho, one of Korea's and Asia's top competitive body builders. Check out his gallery, his physique is quite impressive. I happen to be able to read Korean, so I can tell you about what he says under the nutrition section.
He says that because of the severe lack of supplements on the Korean market, he relies almost soley on chicken breasts for his protein. He also eats steamed vegetables, as well as sweet potatos and potatoes for this carbs. This guy is 90% natural -- he takes whey protein in the summer, and amino-acid supplements during the on-season.
He is proof that one can build an AWESOME body NATURALLY. It can be done. I want all beginner Asian builders, and beginners of any race, culture or whatever, to stop whining and just go for it. If he can build that body the way people in the 1800s used to (with normal foods), then surely you can do it with the virtual chemistry set that is the American supplement industry at your disposal.
NOW GO AND KICK SOME AZZ!!
