my father just come home with a new weight-measurer (i'm sorry but i don't remember how you say in english:-D) and i had these results (consider i'm 17yrs old):

fat percentage: 9,0%
how good is it? consider that i want a ripped and quite muscular body (i'm already very cut)... it's the fat percentage good or too low or too high?
