It's not as popular as it once was. It once was the "in" thing back in the day.

Everybody was into "bill phillips and his body for life."

If you follow some things he says, yeah it'll work pretty well for you. It worked for many people. It's not really anything earth shattering, it's basically different routines and different eating habits that many other people have talked about and written about years ago.

THe problem with his system was he started coming out with new and improved ways and more books for MORE MONEY and everybody saw him as what he was, just another greedy money grubbing con artist.

Better methods, conning? Reading the body-for-life book and maybe a book on how to avoid injury during exersize is really all you seemed to need (from reading the book). Or are you talking about the suppliment thing of his? Because all I can really see on his company website is his book and a ****load of suppliment things. He has a journal thing for sale and such, but he also gives a free excel spreadsheet version of it (or you could photocopy them from the book). Other than a $6 book on nutrion and a few inspirational videos thats it. I can't find any 'better methods' and such availible from him. So what are you talking about? Or maybe he learned his lesson and back downed from that :p.

Body-for-Life has some good introductory information. If you are a beginner, get it, but you'll definately want to move onto a better routine/plan (like diesel's guides) once you get past being a beginner.

Body for Life is a life style. Not a body building cutting routine... There's a difference.

Too, all profits for Body for Life go to make a wish foundation... Bill Phillips made his money off of EAS...
