Is there anyway to calculate body fat percentage without special equipment or a capliar (Sp?)

Calipers are about the best cheap way to measure your own body fat. You can get a caliper here for about $10. http://www.targetzone.net/Pages/Calipers-pages-new/Accu-fat-new.html

But it gives me 20% bf while my calipers say my bf is 8%. Quite a difference.

you can buy one of those weight scales with Body Fat analysis for like $40 at like wal-mart/k-mart

I have a bio-impendance scale and it's not accurate at all. If you want relative accuracy, use calipers.
