Goal: I plan to gain more weight, and I will be stoping at 200lbs.


OK guys I got 1 rule ( I CAN NOT ACCEPT FAILURE AND SPEND TOO MUCH MONEY )

Sorry for my bad spelling.

Well I'm gonna get my gym pass soon, I will tell you what i'm eatting. I will get a measuring tape soon.

foods and drinks
3 boiled eggs
tuna
peanut butter and jelly sandwinich
Protion bars ( I don't eat them all the time )
Meat
milk

Please please please I don't care if you call me a idoit just me make know what I'm doing wrong and what I should be doing. I'm not super rich so don't tell me to buy 5 boxs of protion bars. I will use Anthony Ellis book to help me do the right work outs.

I'm ready to begin.

Current stats:

I weight 130lbs and will get a picture of how I look right now.
I don't have that much fat so I'm super skinny.
I work 2 jobs and go to a career school. I work part time on my job at krogers and For ELS I work when I want to because they are cool like that.

I don't think much of Anthony Ellis.

Since I have no time or energy to write more, I suggest you read as much as you can on this site, there's loads of similar threads and see what's been recommended to other guys in your position, that should get you going.

Good luck either way.

what do you eat to get enough carbs? A.E. isnt bad but it's unnecessary complicated.....like counting the exact calories and stuff.....just get in plenty of protein and calories every 2hours =]

update

I gained 5lbs now I weight 135lbs I need to hit the gym before I lose the weight.

Yes I'm. I work at krogers and I'm a bagger. I often look at the nurtion facts on foods. Most of the frozen foods that have high carolies and good protien for exmaple

900 calories or 740 calories
24 grabs of protien or 19 grabs of protien
20 carbs or 17 carbs

Cost: $2.30 to $3.75

I would need 7 of them per week to ketp the new weight I gained.

7x2.30= $16.10
7x3.75= $26.25

Their are protein bars at my store too some up to 32grams of protein but I think protein drinks will be better. I could buy them or make them and add stuff in like bananas and peanut butter.

Here I question, what are some protein drinks you can make or you should add in.

This how me and my lil bro make our protein drinks
protein powder, bananas, milk, and peanut butter.

What I do each day
3 boiled eggs
at least 2 or 3cups of milk ( 2% reducded fat)
aimming for 1,000 to 2,000 caloires
alot of water
eat at least 1 or 2 bananas



I'm still working on the gym pass. I will update on if I lose or gain weight or got that gym pass.
