Black / dark marks on penis

Hey, I have dark / black marks on my penis. They are on the skin and there are no lumps underneath on the penis or anything like that. They are on the shaft, ontop of the foreskin where bottom of my end is covered by the foreskin. About an inche down from the top of the penis on erection.

They have been there for about 2.5 years and im just wondering if anyone else has had them? they are dark and can be seen clearly on soft, but when erect they cant really be seen to much, only faintly but is still there. They are dark and you the hair folicles, (little bumps that you get inside the foreskin) are a bit more inflamed on the marks. Ive never had sex so it cant be an std, no bj's either.

I dont think its cancer of the penis, as I went to see a doctor an they said i should see a skin specialist. Im not sure if its skin cancer on my penis? But would it have spread in that time?

It might be from masturbating, because I never use lube and havnt really had a large break from it since i started. Can ANYONE HELP ME?!

If you find a girl which goes "Eeeww" then you've hit one girl in a thousand. Most girls don't seem to look at the penis that much in bed, they look at other parts and are occupied with other things. I am sure you will not notice every last detail of a girl if she's naked.

Go check it up, better safe than sorry some say.
