i'm 5'9 and i weigh around 140lbs. my bodyfat percentage is around 9%, so i should pretty ripped. i actually am most of the time, but when i have lunch or dinner, my gut sticks out for 3-4 hours. also, at this bodyfat percentage, my abs should always show, when they actually do just 50% of the times.
the strange thing is that sometimes i have a huge six pack (really similar to brad pitt's, not to brag), while other times i have a gut.
what is that?!?!
i remember when i was a child, i was always the skinniest in my class, but my gut always sticked out. now, it happens just after meals, but it still does.
also, when i was bulking and my bodyfat was around 11,5% (which should be about normal), i constantly had a gut, like a slightly overweight guy's...
any thoughts about this?!
