These jeans just hides the ponch but they still need to ride high, and what kind of guy would date a woman who still wore high rise jeans anyway?

True but there are some middle aged women that can pull it off nicely. But even with that, either could wear standard mid-rise jeans. I can't think of any reason to wear high-rise jeans other than to hide a ponch.
