So my freshman year so far I've become a total health/fitness freak. I'm in the best shape of my life and can't believe the food I used to eat back in middle/high school. Anyways, I've pretty much got a hold on what foods to avoid eating/should eat. I've gone from a pant size of 32 down to a 28-30 and have lost 15 pounds since last year.

However, my big problem now is looking for that perfect, beverage to drink. I love skim milk, orange juice, and whatnot, but these drinks don't give me that "great" feeling when I'm done drinking them. Last year I drank Mountain Dew until I realized how awful it was for you, and earlier this semester I was hooked on Vault Zero, until I read somehwere that diet/zero drinks might not have any calories/sugar, but have more acidity in them than regular drinks (and therefore extremely bad for the teeth)

So my question is where can I find a great tasting drink that might not be healthy for you, but at least isn't "unhealthy" for you. I've also tried coffee earlier this semester and couldn't stand it, but this past week I tried cappuchino cafe mochas, and absolutely love them. So how bad are cafe mochas/cappuchinos for you? Are there more healthy coffee like beverages? And are all diet/zero/energy drinks bad for you? I've tried googling this issure, but always get contradicting advice, so if someone could please clear this up for me once and for all it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You don't sound like a much of a health freak drinking all that milk and sweet juice. Not as bad as soft drink though.

My all time favorite beverage is water, v8 veggie juice then green tea.

Congrats on the weight loss though. You won't miss sweet drinks after a few years. I hate them now.

I mostly drink water. If you don't drink a lot of water already, you'll get used to it if you start.

Green tea. It's full of antioxidants, which are disease-fighting, and polyphenols which promote free fatty acid oxidation (i.e. fat burning). White tea is also good and is said to be even more potent than green tea in its antioxidant levels and fat burning properties. Green tea can taste a bit dodgy if you leave it a while and brew it strong, so you might wanna try getting one of the flavoured mint teas, my favourite is mint ;)

Oh ya, congratulations on your transformation bud, well done
