ok soon i am gonna start cutting and i need a way to be able to measure my bodyfat on a regular basis so i can know how much of the weight im losing is muscle and how much is fat.
there are two ways i know of measuring at home, using a caliper and using those special scales that tell you your bodyfat percentage. the scale sounds cool but ive heard they can be a bit off. which way is more accurate?
