I'm around 6'1 and weigh 150 lbs. I'm not fat, but I'm not that buff either. I've been working out for 4 months, and I can see results, and I want to get a 6 pack now. I've changed my diet to a healthier one, I do ab exercises on a daily basis. I was just wondering if I should also do cardio training, I'm not too sure 'cause I heard you can lose muscle mass with cardio aswell. I'm 17 btw.
