Best way to ask a girl out?

I know the most important thing is to do it in person but i have misconceptions on exactly how to say it out.

um well I alluded to it to her by using my customized kicks sayin that i wear it on special occasions. She asked me if that day was ,and I told it maybe one. So at the end of our date, I straight out said I wore these sneakers cuz I wanted to know if you would like to be my GF, she ate all up and said yesi n a instant. As corny as it sounds it worked.

he could be like, "hey man who are you going to the mall with this friday? i'm going with my girlfriend _____. you're going to be walking alongside your mom if you keep this up..hahh"

then he could walk away

and then you could ask her flat out

orrrr you could just ask her to help you pick out apparel

if she really likes you, the deliverance really shouldn't matter, unless it's pure a$$

hes not asking for tips on how to ask a girl on a date or whatever.

i'm assuming hes been dating this girl and just wants the title of boyfriend/girlfriend.

keep it simple, remember, say the place, time, and see if shes free. Dont talk for longer than 5 minutes as this makes you seem desperate to talk to her.
