I don't know about cardio before eating anything, but I tried to lift once like this. I was going to my classes (which usually starts 8 a.m.) and went to the gym BEFORE them.
Dude, it sucked big time. I couldn't lift a pen!
But what I read was about cardio, that's why I'm asking.
I usually do cardio at 10 a.m., and when I wake up (around 8 a.m.) I eat like there's no tomorrow.
I used to lift/cardio at the evening, like MindOverMatter said. But for time reasons I changed it to 10 a.m.
So I stick around with my thing?
