Now ive started working out pretty much like since beginning of april.
Ive been doing 30 mins cardio , high low high low. working mostly my leg and arms till they get **** tired.afterwards doing a small power workout with pushups situps side crunches and pullups.
eating my veggies with little meat, chinese food changed my life.
and the best motivation is actually watch how your body changes.
all my older clothes are too big for me, i baught some pants wich i couldnt even get above my knees when i started but now i can wear them perfectly.
best part , this isent the final result even
this for me is the halfway point , alittle above it actually.
i still got alot of work left and im gonna keep doing it , you want to give up sometimes and just rest , but you gotta be a frikkin warrior and keep working , everyday till your so tired you wanna drop down.
**** wont drop in your lap like rain , you gotta strive to achieve what you want only then will you actually value it.
